We do not store your full payment card or UPI credentials on our servers; these are handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

When we refer to “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

Ostonna shall not be responsible for the authenticity of any personal information or sensitive personal data or information supplied by you.

How We Use Your Personal Information

We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfil any orders placed through the Site, including:

  • Arranging shipping
  • Providing you with invoices and order confirmations

We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. We will make the necessary changes within 30 days of receipt of such written communication. In such a case, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to not provide any further goods or services.

Data Retention

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records in accordance with applicable Indian tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.

Agreement to Receive Communication

By using the Site and providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us through various channels, including in-app messages, SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), emails, promotional and marketing calls, and newsletters.
