This Shipping Policy outlines how Ostonna processes and ships orders placed at ostonna.com.

Where We Ship

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is planned for a future phase and will be announced on our website when available.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 4:00 PM IST are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days from dispatch. Delivery to remote areas or tier-3 cities may take up to 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors outside our control (weather, regional logistics, public holidays).

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • Orders below ₹999 will incur a flat shipping charge calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
  • All shipping charges include applicable GST

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and SMS containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Ostonna is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address or repeated unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us. Re-dispatch will incur a fresh shipping charge payable by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our shipping partners typically make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch (with a fresh shipping charge) or process a refund to your Ostonna Wallet for the merchandise value, less any original shipping cost incurred.

Undelivered or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@ostonna.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will coordinate with our shipping partner to locate the shipment. Claims raised more than 7 days after the expected delivery date may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible. If you have already accepted the parcel, contact us at info@ostonna.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a free return and replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products pass from Ostonna to the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier.
